Vforce grill - soft ears

After watching a few unboxing videos and reading a few posts, I have realised that my grills (SE in black/teal) were missing the soft ear pieces.

Has this happened to anyone else? Do you know where I can get some in the UK? Are they necessary for ear safety?

Other than that, the mask is great!
