What velocity fluctuation would be accepable for an Eclipse Autococker running on air with an Armageddon regulator?

If it is major, ie 30-40 fps, then it may need retiming, check things like is the valve nut tight?, if it all lubed, have you cleaned/lubed the reg?
It may be that the timing has slipped so that it fires at the same time as it is cocking.

It could be something as simple as poor ball size to bore match; I've seen that give up to 50fps variation!
is it me or has no-one read the question properly, he's asking what kind of fluctuation is to be expected. not "i have velocity fluctuations what could be causing it?"
i would expect +/- 5-10 fps (eg 285-295) depending on paint, and how clean the gun is. but assuming all else is well.
