nah i don't think you can as i dont see them for sale, suppose you could cut a strap off a bigger pack and mod it onto your other one.
mod it. buy x length of velcro and stick it.
dude no offence but you must be a big guy to need a pack extender. those things can fit a 40" waist atleast.

I think we have one amongst some old stock. I will check for you and get back to you, but I'm pretty sure I saw one whilst stock-checking at the end of last year.
the pack fits, but it doesn't feel on enough,
