avalanche still exists. Really though, it seems so many people have left, how do they still have a team left. They haven't won in like 4 years either, or so it seems.

From what I can gather most of the team left LaSoya, Rocky, LB, Rusty, Travis etc....Most of em now play for Miami Effect (LaSoya`s NXL team), The Rock plays for REDZ (Greg Hastings team I think)......
Lanche still have Ed, Weasel, Glen Forster, Shawn Ellis and I think they picked up some guys from Warped KIdz
