vanguard ceed settings locked??

hi ive just bought a ceed off here and the fire mode settings are locked off and carnt change from millennium fire mode any help please.

Tournament Lock

Over the grip frame and there is a small button under the buttons. Press this it should unlock it.

If you still cant see it ill take a photo tonight and post it up
