Vanguard bolt locking pin - help!

Hey people, basically, the small circular bit that keeps the locking pin in place has came out, and when i try putting it back in what I think is the right place, it doesn't keep the locking pin in place.
Can anyone help me please? Or link me to a video that tells me how to do this?

You may need to stretch the spring a bit!

Have you still the spring in it ?
I will take you picture of the bolt and bolt pin to explain how to put it back tomorow.

You should have...
bolt
bolt pin
spring
bolt pin retainer (.22 air rifle pellit looking thing)


put the spring in the hole in the back of the bolt, then put in the bolt pin retainer in with the dome end facing you, then put the bolt pin in (make sure you have the bolt the correct way up) you may need to push the pin retainer in with an allen key.
The spring will supply the tension needed to keep the pin from comming out.

Ahh okay thanks for the help all, I didn't know I needed a spring.
But after no more than 10 seconds of looking in the sofa I found it

When removing the bolt try and pull the pin without twisting it, otherwise the whole assembley comes apart.
