Due to circumstances beyond our control we will not be allowed to use pyrotechnics this year (bangs) this is due to a horse jumping competition within 1/4 mile of the site perimeter. Smoke grenades are OK.

Please pass this info to anyone you know who is attending.

Now some good news.

I have just be talking to the Star Wars command centre and they accidentally let slip they are working on the 2005 scenario. I pushed Gillie for some info but she refused, BUT I could hear the Death Star builders talking in the background and one said to the other "This Death star is small fry compared to the stargate next year!!!"

So it looks like Staargate in 2005 - The date will be 8-9 October 2005 - venue to be confirmed.


We might also have a mini scenario on 27 March 2005 - watch this space

Sorry about the pyro's but store them for the walk on events in 2005.

Depending on what happens at this event*, Staargate 2005 should be at Paintball Park as it is central for all players.

* We don't upset the landowner who also runs the equestrian centre !!! and no IDIOTS set fire to the farmers gate and STEAL his wood like last year. Camping is all in one area and no fires are allowed (BBQ are OK) this year so the later should not happen again.

Providing the gate doesnt get torched and the wood doesnt get stolen we need a black ops team to sneak into the paddocks on the saturday night, just before the teddy bear comes out to play, they need to put ear mufs on all the horses, and then the chaos can begin .
