used my torque for the first time today at bassetts pole and whilst its quite annoying with the constant whirring i was more concerned with the life of my batteries. has anyone used the torque with the upped motor enough to give me an average life for 2 x duracell procell 9v batteries ? ive put about 3000 balls through it today but had to change batteries after 1000(ish) shots (these batteries came ready installed inside the loader when i bought it (im guessing they were used by the previous owner somewhat).

cheers

When we first got them we had a pretty crumby batch of procells that failed quite quickly I did however run a comparison between 6 packs and 2 9vs

6 pack - half a days play and 4hrs 36mins continuosly on

2 x 9v - full days play 1hr 38mins continuosly on

hope that helps
