Well Proto or a Custom Product on/off's are good ASA's and are relatively cheap, take a look a some of them.

In regards to bolts, you should look at the fire bolt or the TechT L7 bolt. Both are good bolts but I prefer the L7, it's smaller and lighter then the Firebolt and it operates at a slightly lower pressure then the Firebolt. But it's upto you which you get, both are really quite good.

You'll also want to get a QEV, that helps the Ion quite a bit. It helps to improve efficiency and helps improve the cycling rate. It's definitely a must buy.

When it comes to boards for the Ion, there are a few to choose from. There is the Blackheart Board, the Virtue Board, the Spitfire Board and the Ape Board. They're the one's I'm aware of and have found on UK online stores. The Blackheart Board is the cheapest, but it's also a bit of a pain to adjust whereas the others are better to adjust. However, I don't have experience with the other boards, but from what I've seen and read they're of similar abilities.

And if you are looking for a better barrel, then a Un1tec barrel is a wise choice.

Ok upgrades.
1)First any non-smart parts OOPS as for some reason SP seem to shred the bottle threads

2)360 QEV, all do they same (save alot of air), but atleast if the 360 fails in some way which results in broken gun, its still covered by smart parts warrenty.

3)Now the rest are in any order really, a new barrel, preferable one able to match bore.

4)Bolt, TechT L7 v2, so light and more effiecient.

5)Trigger, if possible try as many different ones as you can then decide. my preference is the CP sling blade.

6)Board, to be honest if you get a new board, get one that atleast provides uncapped, that way you can see how high a BPS your marker is really capable of.

7)hmmm, yeah anything really I give up at 6. albeit I will suggest if you haven't already got a fibre wrapped bottle get one as your first upgrade.

Completely agree with Dfresa14 the 360quev is in my opinion by far the easiest to use that is a must cheap to.
Barrel go for a freak kit as you can get them quit cheap on here about £35-50 of get a unitec.
Board personally don't like the black heart virtue and unitec are in my opinion the best.
You will find all you need on http://www.paintball-equipment-online.co.uk/ any problems with any product or need advice phone them they have a really good tech support
