upgrade bolt

hi guys
anybody know if you can get an upgrade bolt for a proto slg 09?
i know your going to say get rid of the gun and buy a decent one but funds wont stretch at the moment!! any ideas

hi buddy,

i had a little look a while ago and couldn't find any, but because of the way the bolt works (dump valve design) an upgraded one will make ver little difference if any, the only thing you might get would be a slightly lighter one but the standard dye ones are very light anyway

what was it you were trying to improve by getting an upgrade bolt?

hi bud
took mine to bits and noticed some pretty heavy scoring on the tip part, looks like trigger sear is catching! dont know if this is normal or wot!! just thought if i have to replace it i may aswell get an upgrade bolt!!

some wear on the bolt is normal through normal use as the sear has to catch on the bolt after every shot

it might be worth taking a couple of pics of the damage though just in case it isn't normal
