Okay things to do first off.
1. Make sure you haven't adjusted your dwell. If you have drop it back to default setting. Also if you have fiddled with any of the other electronic settings it may be worth while dropping it back to factory default. The only thing you really need to change is your filter settings, everything else is fine on stock settings
2. Clean and lube your LPR and inline reg.
3. Lube your rammer and bolt (if the bolt has o-rings).
4. Put your LPR cap flush with the front of the LPR housing.
5. Put your inline reg 2 full turns in from flush. This should give you around 280/300fps depending on paint. Adjust over the chrono from there using the inline reg.
6. Try a different paint type/brand and/or chrono if the chronoing prob persists, one of the above should sort it and the noise problem.
Nice vids here on how to do your lpr, inline reg and rammer
