Up and coming teams

Right, with the season well under way, what teams do we think are showing great potential. I.e. Who are we gonna hear a whole lot more of in say 2007/8as they're showing the signs now.

I'll go with Cynergy - hand picked young'uns by Robbo, good backing. There's definately potential there.
