unknown bottle markings

hi, just got cross fire bottle today from lips, can anyone explain the markings on the side, ie, 2004/07 is this a manafacturing/original test date, and therefore gives me until 2009/07 before it needs re-testing?

any ideas folks?

Yeah, 2004/07 means it was tested in july 2004 and needs to be retested in 2009/07 ( july 2009)
