University Teams - How many?

The thought just occured to me

How many Uni teams are there now, and is there gonna be a tourney (apologies if there has been one recently).

I'm at the University of Southampton, and a friend of mine has just started the Trident Club/Team to represent the uni - all students of course.

Just curious?

the best Uni paintball team in the world.

i have heard talk of us playing some friendly games with you next year, should be fun.

what state is the Southampton Uni teem it, have you got a full squad ?

Hmm.....hadnt heard "Portsmouth", "Southampton" and "friendly" in the same sentence before, i thought the rivalry was strong?

Teesside had one for a short while last year when I was in charg, but too much work, ment I had to stop it.

Having said this 5uni students from Teesside played the inter Uni (Check out first issue of PBUK/6E).

But I know theres currently a rec balling team at Teesside now who I've helped abit with, with the plans of playing a few tournys later on in the year......

Got approached by a guy at Campaign Cup who was trying to get a Uni tourny started, but not sure what came of that. As far as I know, there are no University of London teams yet, and certainly not at Imperial!! Grr...

I had that aswell

Nothing came of it due to the costs of going to the USA/Playing, I think the plans are to do something next year.....

Sweet, will have to try and organise something at Imperial though... Imagine that, 7 geeks trying to analyse the physical potential of the paintball in the middle of the game... So embarressing...

I last they could play Matrix stay since they would know where all the balls were going before they would be fired
