uni and paintball

next year i will be entering the drunkin world of uni, so i was wondering if there are clubs or groups at any universities. if any one knows of paintball teams at a uni please tell me.

There is a portsmouth uni team? i thought they stopped it all and year before last was their last year. Chances are most universities will have links with a local site and will have a club that gets cheap rec style days. There arnt too many tourny teams but those that exist are good fun. Best bet is to go to the freshers fair where all the clubs and societys are and take a look around, at the very worst you can normally start one with uni support if you can get enough people, portsmouths one was 20 people but it varies. Which uni are you off to?

its still alive and kicking as far as im aware, think they play under the name spartan or something

Spartan was started separate to the uni for those that still wanted to play as a team but were no longer students

If the uni team is still running then it'll prob be as Pompey Uni.

Leicester Have a team that is officially launched... well, about now.

Birmingham University... you need to speak to Steve Hancock, I can fish out his details if you want.

Theres only about 12ish registered Uni paintball clubs in the UK from what i can remember.

As Daz said, speak to Steve Hancock....he's the daddy of uni paintball and knows ALL.

Yes here in Croatia we have my killzone paintball club at university level,we play often and like to relax afterwards with girls and home made alcohol,the girls regularily enjoy my 18' freak barrel,its very nice.
