Here's a scam for you

Ever heard of Ministry of Paintball.

You should have, they have 80 sites accross the UK.

Here's how it works.

You pay them £10 per person to go to a site of your choice. That includes 100 paintball and lunch.

And how much of the £10 does the site see. £0

Remarkably they expect the site to foot the bill for the paint and lunch in the hope that the customers buy more paint.

Whilst they sit there in their office taking £10 pp for doing what amounts to basically nothing.

It's an absolute insult to the time and effort put in by professional sites accross the UK.

What is quite worrying is that there are a number of these "Ticket" sellers popping up all over the net.

Now the good news.

The UKPSF has launched it's own "ticket" book. You buy the tickets (around £5 for 10 tickets) then pay the £10 directly to the site you are going to (not the ticket agent)

There is now absolutely no excuse for any UKPSF registered site to take bookings from these companies.

I will be putting the tickets up on e-bay with immediate effect and with over 250 member sites you can play anywhere you like. The difference is that the site will get the money and so it will stay in paintball to improve sites and the industry in general for you the players.

Tickets are also available to anyone who wants them to sell them on e-bay. Just get in touch with the UKPSF and make yourself a little e-bay business.

Please inform as many sites as possible about the new UKPSF ticket books and don't let this type of company get any kind of hold on paintball.

It's time the people within paintball fought back against these chancers. Please inform every online shop in the UK of the availability of these UKPSF tickets so that they can advertise them for sale. If there are any sites on this forum, remember that you can also get these tickets directly from the UKPSF and sell them yourselves on your web sites or e-bay.
