when you pay online what is supposed to happen do you get email with details and stuff, or is it better to pay on the day @ p.a

also to add to azas post, dont they have pics on them? my brothers did, but that was a good... 3, 4 years back i think, although it could just not of been a ukpsf card, iv forgotten

If not you should have got a paypal receipt with all the info on that you have paid it. Ie delivery address etc, that should be enough proof it has been paid mate. Maybe take driving licence or passport if not arrived on time so they can tell you are who the payment receipt is for bud.
