One quick question though do Ions run better on HP or LP?

They run on either HP or LP, but HP has a higher recharge rate so is recommended.

Not sure what my output is (HP or LP), but I have the lowest spec Pure Energy PMI 0.8L 3000psi ally bottle, and at full auto on my blackheart had no problems with re-charge.

My ion runs an LP reg... I have no issues with recharge (none that I know of anyway)
