that number was for a distributer , i bought sum pants from the empire tent at cc and they got as big rip in em so i want to get them replaced but i cant rele do that through a distributer .

Erm, if you bought them from the NPS (Empire) booth then the number given will be ok to use as they are both distributor and vendor.
