The directions for Wicksteed Park are on the original thread, be aware that the directions on the UK Masters website are for Unique Pursuits paintball site, which we hope to be using for the 5 man instead of Skirmish Leicester J20 in June.
Camping is £5.00 per tent.
Car Parking is free if you obtain a free car park pass from the link on the thread UK Masters 7 Man - Update.
We will be using the 2005 Millenium rules until the amendments for 2006 go up on their website, the tournament will be SEMI ONLY not ramping and it will be capped at 15bps with velocity at 300fps.
Just to make you aware of some of the more obvious rules that will be enforced at the weekend;
No neck chiefs - only approved neoprene neck guards specifically designed for paintball can be used.
Stickers on hoppers - one each side which must be 5 x 10cm in size.
No clear hoppers allowed, but smoke is allowed.
Layers - normally two layers which will be a long sleeved t'shirt and playing top, if three layers allowed, only two long sleeved t'shirts and a playing top, NOTHING else allowed i.e. fleeces, hoodies, sweatshirts.
If playing tops have padding in the arms, then further elbow protection will not be allowed.
No sweatbands.
One for one will be in force, their is no self check area, if you are shot you must leave the field of play, if you are unsure call a marshal into check, if you continue to play on with a shot then the one for one rule will be enforced.
If you are shot on a run thru that will effect the outcome of the game then two for one, three for one will be enforced for blatent cheating.
All the rules are on the Millenium website.
See you at the weekend.
