UK Law on Paintball

Hey guys,

Could anybody help me, I have been trying to search for the law that permits paint markers in UK. The exact words that excluded markers from it.... the bit about air gun and stuff. To the people who knows about it ... please I need to see it .. thanks guys

exactly the same as the rules for air guns mate.
Under 12 ftlbs to be legal and the same rules for where you are allowed to fire them (private land, away from public highways etc....)

erm actually I wanted the soft copy of the act ... because I am not actualy in UK. .. do you know where to get it ..

Hi Strider. Didn't the stuff I sent you before answer your questions?

I couldn't get hold of a full copy of the act in electronic format but I would have thought the notes I sent would have been okay for most purposes
