Is there a "better" (i say better more direct - i like to email a person rather than a desk) to get in contact with eclipse to help solve an issue with an eclipse product?

I suppose it depends who you want to talk to.
There is a thing called a telephone that someone picks up at the other end and you can say " Hi I would like to speak to (enter name here)"
