i have an eclipse shocker and im not sure where all the switches should g oto ge tthe fastest legal shots rate and how to set it up for turbo. please help me im really stuck.

In that case it could be that you do not have a turbo board and so you can't turn it on. Why don't you email Planet and ask them what to do.
