U.k Big Game 550 Players Booked And Paid.should We Make It Bigger Feedback Wanted.

Hi guys Paul from Warped

The U.K North VS South big game as now got nealy 550 players
paid and booked ,you guys will get your first orders by 1st of
april including command structure, map and rule book . Platoon
leaders get your players to read these so that the game becomes
clear and everyone knows what they are doing .Also in this pack
there is player ID sheet to fill in, we need each players name and
address to give them a player ref no on the day and ID card.
On the day all players ID and info will be held in a laptop for easy
booking before we start the game.The player ID sheet we need
back the 10th of april and no later to get this bang on .

Well should we make this game any bigger than 600 players . I want the players feed back on this one ,what do you guys think
tell me.

Also we are waiting cheques off around 50 players for spaces
in this game if we do not get these by Tuesday 27th of March
these will be sold .if anybody want these call me then but own
gun/rec only THANKS GUYS

Actually, how many players depends on the size of the field. I do not know the field there, but it should not be overloaded too much so that there is no sneak and peak room to run missions. If it is just a 300 on 300 fest of long balling, roving bands of 75 doing laps, and 10-1 odds when you bunker a base it gets really ugly/boring really quick.

Best to have a village area where the in your face guys can play and a large woods area where the stealthy can go creep around.

Listen to the Wolf. It is possible to overload a site. Do you have parking for 500 vehicles, for starters?

Paintball Sam's has a 1/2 course from end to end, and they can fit 600+ bodies on it. They also can park 300+ vehicles. There's also bathroom facilities, air fill capabilities, and food and drink.

If you guys have been to the "Wargames" field in St. Albans, you could easily do 250 on 250 in their main woods, providing that people don't show up late and drive through the main shootout.

More is fun, but if there's not enough room for them all, it may be a mess. It would depend on your field style, size, all that.

Yes we have got parking for 500 to 600 cars and at the moment the cut off for this game is 600 players .Also our site as a total of 110 acres witch is a lot of area of 600 players to say the least . we could do more just give me the feed back

600 is good to start with, actually. And hten you can guage your numbers for followup events.

Actually, I'm impressed that the UK managed to beat 600 rec-ballers out of the bushes! You listen to Robbo and get the impression that there's no such thing as a rec-baller.
