need to get hold of Tank for an exit
Anybody have any experience with either of these (good or bad)?

I'm on the verge of getting one or t'other send over from the US, and am wondering what's so special about the Sandridge board that they can charge over twice the price of a Turbo-Rev AND a new paddle??

Or is it a case of "If you charge it, they will pay" ??

I'm currently leaning towards the Turbo-Rev, slightly because I can get it with a new paddle, but mostly coz it plays a tune when it get's turned on!

Oops, my bad, I should have said "Sandridge Rev Replacement Board" to keep you midlanders un-confused! :D

They do a board and replacement sensor, which reacts (spins a little to feed one ball) when you fire your marker, they bill it as the "wireless intelli-feed".

Oh, and Al: You're a numb ass! ;)

Flash, I paid 56 quid for turbo rev board, hopper, squeegee, pot and postage to my door in the UK.

I would say turborev, only prob is it seems to drain batteries a bit quicker than a normal rev.

I think this has all become academic now - I'm getting my mate in the US to send over a couple of x-boards when he sends my cleats. $9 dollars for an x-board! :D :D :D

Just got to worry about postage from the US now!

Unless, Hmmm, if only I knew an American serviceman, based on a US base in the UK. ;)

Don't do it flash!

The only difference between the reg board and teh X-board is that the X-board gets rid of the lag time between sensing and spinning. The turbo rev matches the aggitation to your feed rate i.e. the faster you shoot the faster the paddle spins. And when you are down to the last few balls it slows the paddle so it dosn't push the balls past the feed.

But if I were you I would get the halo. It works quite well on my sandridge.

The only difference between MY regular board and the x-board, is that an X-board works :p

The main reason I'm looking for a new board is coz mine is fooked, and I cant afford £120 for a halo (and I'm wairing till the belt drive model becomes available).

I'd love to try a halo for a day, to see if it lives up to the hype, but for now it's a cheap replacement board, or a VL2.

John, not at NvS game, getting drunk in penguin suit on the 4th (Student Union Ball and awards dinner) so can't make it up there. I'd like to, but hey, maybe next time. I might look you up at Temple in the future tho' (if you're gonna be there), as my summer job is gonna pay for either a new cusomt cocker or a halo and a couple of random toys :D
