Guys take it easy on him he was trying to help me out. I've been playing for a year, and I am thinking about setting up 3 fields. I want to build a speedball field, woods field, and a "defend the fort" field. My Dad's family owns the farm that this would be on. The "fort" would be a two story barn with a fence surrounding. (Absoultely beautiful to use as a paintball field btw). I know what bunkers to use and whatnot. I am, however worried about legal action and insurance in case someone gets hurt on land that I myself do not technically own, and that my father partially owns. Anyone know of a legally binding waiver that has no loopholes that I could copy?

There was a thread on this a while back, don't hold me to this but i think its alright to play on private land, as long as you have the owners permition, but the playing area must me 150 ft away from any public land. I think thats right.

My dad is skeptical and a bit old fashioned and thinks that almost any waiver has some kind of loophole that will allow us to be able to be sued. Does anyone have a waiver that was designed by a lawyer that I could use, or a waiver from a top field?
