Trying and failing to remember my password to my old account

Hi, I'm having trouble remembering my old password, I've tried a few different ones to no avail.
The email address I originally used was hacked so I had to close it down so any help would be much appreciated.

OK so I've managed to completely forget the password to my other account but somehow I've remembered this one...not sure how

Could a mod help me out?
