I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this so 'mods' please move if needs be.

Nearly 4 weeks ago, 14.06.07, 'True_Death' advertised a Critical Trigger for the DM6 for sale. We agreed a price and he then told me that there would be a bit of a delay on the postage of the trigger but could I transfer the funds to him next day. (selling something that he does not actually have?)
I agreed to this and promptly transferred the funds to him. I sent him a PM on the 16.06.07 asking him to confirm the receipt of the funds and again on the 19.06.07 to which I received the following reply,
'Trigger will be posted most probably at the beginning of next week'.
Fair enough, he said there may be a delay...I sent a PM on the 26.06.07 asking him to confirm the postage as I wanted the trigger for the PA, following answer was received,
'Unfortunately I've had delays in a shipment from my supplier. But I am expecting it very soon, so I'm fairly sure you will have it for the PA next weekend. Will let you know when its been posted'.
I heard no word from the guy and sent futher PM's on the 2nd, 4th and 7th July and only received a response on the 7th when he told me that he had been moving flats and that the trigger had been posted on,
'Tuesday via special delivery'.
He then said,
'To make sure you don't have to wait, I'll get another trigger on its way to you on Monday'. (9.07.07)
I asked for the postage ref number so that I could trace from my end but he could not provide it as '90% of my possessions are still in boxes'.
Today, 11.07.07, still nothing has arrived, I have also PM'd him twice this evening while he has been online here and the guy has not the decency to reply!

I know the above is a bit 'long winded' and that some people may leap to this guys defence as, in his own words,
'I've got an immaculate trading record on this forum and I intend to keep it that way' but in my opinion this guy is a bad seller. He advertised something that he did not have, he took my cash, has refused to answer PM's and again, in my opinion, is generally taking the piss!.

I'm unsure if there is any set rules on how this is dealt with as this guy is a Platinum Member but if any body out there knows can they drop me a PM please.

I can see why you'd be annoyed and worried by the experience, but I've dealt with True Death before several times and found him to be really reliable and helpful both times. Moreover, at Heaven's Gate he let half the players there stay at his flat, despite having not met half of them, half the kids from Maidenhead Trauma were there, as well as AJermstad and myself; I'm sure they will all vouch for his integrity. In essence what I'm saying is that whilst I can see your point of view, True Death is not the kind of guy who would intentionally rip you off or mess you around.

I hope this gets resolved soon and satisfactorarily

I've been speaking with Jay (when his internet has been working, as you said, he has just moved so is having issues with it).

And he has had multiple items go missing since sending them out, he is going to try and find the Tracking codes to see what is going on.

I have sold and bought to Jay with out any issues, I AM more than sure this is not a issue with Jay but again, royal mail buggering up.

Just to clarify, I don't doubt this guys integrity, if i did/had I would not have agreed the sale. I'm just pissed off that it has taken so long, he has not replied to my PM's while being online here and just to advise you, straight after I started this Thread I sent another PM and that has not received a reply! In my book, that is being ignorant and really taking the piss!

All he needed to do was reply to my Pm's, explain the situation, delay from supplier or whatever and given me the choice of having my cash returned or continuing to wait. No, he choses to ignore my repeated PM's and still has not confirmed if he has posted the item on Monday as he promised he would!

Step up to the plate mate and explain the situation, confirm that the item was posted on Monday as promised and provide me with the tracking number.

Thanks Tom and James :) Like I said I've got an immaculate trading record on this forum, and I hope we can work to salvage the situation.

Like I explained in my original PM, there may be a delay in the postage due to the fact that Critical were returning a couple of products for me. After this there appears to have been a snowball of bad luck, which has left you without a trigger for a month. All the information provided to yourself has been genuine, and I am now out of pocket for over £150 due to loss caused by the terrible service at RM. The loss of packages and the combination of moving flats, dodgy internet connection and downtime of p8nt forums meant that its been extremely difficult to resolve the situation. I actually have just received some fresh triggers from critical, and your replacement will be in the post tomorrow. I will also PM you with a fresh tracking number, so that you can monitor it yourself.

All I can offer you is my apologies for this whole situation, but I hope you can understand that its been completely out of my control.

was just bull**** then?:mad: How long were you going to wait before informing me that you had not posted the item? I suppose if I had not posted on the public forum you would have also continued to ignore my PM's?
I'm sorry mate but all your excuses don't mean anything to me, you advertised something that you did not actually have, took my cash which you received the very next day and lied about when you were going to mail the item. I think your 'immaculate trading record on this forum' has taken a severe nose dive because if I'm honest and this may not mean much to you, I will advise anybody to stay well clear of you.

I will be expecting your PM with the tracking number tomorrow or a confirmation that you are returning my funds and that they will be in my account tomorrow.

I've said from the very beginning there would be an initial delay. The reason for this was because the trigger I had in my possession was already sold and since you posted up, I offered you the same trigger, but stated that I was waiting on a shipment and there may be a delay. So ... no I did not advertise goods I did not have in my possesion, I was simply trying to help you. As for lying I did not once deliberately deceive you, and anybody that has traded with me/knows me. Will tell you that I'm not that kind of guy. I don't appreciate being called a liar, but I can understand your anger at the situation. If you would like to discuss this matter further, you can call me on 07856013456.

....and I don't appreciate being treated like a mug....but before this desends into a mud slinging contest I'd like to get this sorted.....I'm still waiting on confirmation that you have mailed the Trigger and the postal ref number.

I really cannot see your point of view on that one bud, never once have I shown any sort of disrespect towards you, I've always been polite and done my best to keep you informed.
