Trouble with a Vigilante reg

Here's the situation: Conquest running 6oopsi into AA vigilante with lp spring and guage. Problem is the vigilante is also running 600psi into a 2k cocker no matter how much I adjust the damn thing. Is my problem that the guage is reading the pressure going into the vigilante (which makes it pretty pointless) or is something wrong with the reg? And anybody got a suggested input pressure for a pneumatically stock 2k? I was thinking around 350-400. Thanks

As far as i know, the vigilante doesn't have a gauge port. There are two ports at the top of the reg to allow you to set up the reg for left or right hand feed... as far as i know!!! So yes, you would be measuring the input not the regulated output.
