Tricky, since you seem to ignore my pm's unless it suits you otherwise I am forced to air this publicly.

Recently I sold you a bottle, which you paid for on thursday 30th jan and I posted on the same day. You received it the next day, and queried with me the legality of the bottle. I sold it to you in good faith, and absolute confidence that it was legal for use in the UK. I said at the time, that with such short notice there was nothing i could do to rectify any issues that weekend and that IF it turned out the bottle i sold you was not suitable for use in the UK I would happily refund your money.

for those of you reading this, the bottle is an Angel air bottle, which has been retested by Hpac and is in test until next year. The bottle is DUAL tested to both European and American standards. After further research with Gassy, and Andy at YPC the bottle is fine and perfectly legal for use in the UK.

Now Tricky, you sent me a Pm saying that you had changed your mind about playing and were simply going to sell the bottle on, and you couldn't ask me to refund the perfectly ok bottle i sold you due to your "fickle mind". a few days later i get another pm from you STATING not asking, that the bottle was being sent back to me for a refund. that was well over a week ago if memory serves me and i heard no more about it. until yesterday when the bottle landed back on my door postmarked as being posted on feb 18th.

I would like to know, what you want me to do seeing as I sold you an item perfectly suitable to be used as intended, which has taken you almost three weeks to return to me?

IF the bottle had been unsuitable for use, i would have refunded you immediatly as i stated from the outset, however there is nothing wrong with it.

Last time i had an issue with you, you bid for and WON a pro jersey in a CHARITY auction (£50 was the figure i believe) which i pm'ed you about several times and had zero response from.

Mods, the guy refuses to respond to PM's and it would appear he also owes money to Nigel (spreadz) for a game/tourney he played and didn't pay for. Therefore i feel i have no option but to publicly air this and see if someone can point Tricky towards it.

Any advice welcomed. I am inclined to keep the bottle here until tricky sends the cost of shipping across, at which point I will happily return it to him. Alternatively if i don't hear from Tricky by the weekend, I will advertise it for sale, and donate the money to the local hospital's childrens ward.

Also awaiting some stuff from him that he promised as part of a gat deal (DM7 parts) and had no response after PM'ing him twice since the gat arrived.

Though your in a MUCH stickier situation with him I know what you mean mate, really annoying when zero contact is made

Have nudged him on Facebook, though it appears he hasn't been on there since the 11th.

There are a number of people on here that will have more direct contact methods however... Mikey would be my best bet, if you can catch him :)

He was a bit lax when it came to posting the items out or replying to posts or e-mails,until I went public likewise.
Can only imagine he's found betterways to entertain himself, came through in the end hence my deleted posts, rather annoying when your waiting though...
I'm sure he'll sort it all out now he's had a nudge...:D
