erm, that they look like they know what there doing and they dont look nervous

only pick the good looking people with the shiniest markers and cleanest kit.

means they don't use it much, but look great in the photos!!

lol and that there marker has to be shiny if not they cant join also if its woodland then they have to carry and Axe around with them (woodland sucks, sup air for life)

look for ability to work as a team. u dont want no rambow wna-b's

Look for who fits in the best with the rest of the team, if its scenario i presume you wont be doing that many tourneys and the winning takes 2nd place bekind having a laugh. So look for people that you get on well with!
