Travel problem.

Nothing to do with paintball really (or it could be) But do any of you guys know the best way to get to Swansea from the Midlands (notably Worcester) without a car? Before anyone mentions walking, I ain't trekking 150+ miles lol I might be 6'5" and ex army but I'm not a mong.
