Training on the Bank holiday Monday

Stop eating your Easter eggs and get yourself down and do some training this Monday.

The grand re-opening of the Training facilities down at Ambush.

I know most of you have been down to our training fields for the Nexus seminars & training events we have held. Not being ones to rest on our behinds we have completely revamped our training facilities.

We now have a new purpose built safe area between the 2 training fields, all the fields are lovingly wrapped in 3m high grade netting supported buy telegraph poles along with the original plumbed toilets and running water.

So pop on down to Southampton on Monday for some street ball esqapades ten quid a head air provided byo paint.

Post here if you and yours are coming down so we know some sort of numbers, let's face it I'm sure most of you will have paint left over from Dartford may as well have another days ball on the cheap , team Quake will be there

Think it needs to be mentioned that caterers will not be on site for this - but I am sure someone will do a run to BK, McD's, KFC, Pizza Hut.
I take it this is more a 'just for fun' than an all out training session?

Yeah a bit of street ball esque thing going on, I'm sure lots of people with paint left over from the D7's will get on down for a cheap days ball.
