Training day on super air MIDLANDS

We need some help we are a novice team and would appreciate some training tips and methods of playing super air, we also need to get some time in on super air pitches in the next two weeks. HHHHHHHHEEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPPP WOULD BE NICE ON 7TH AND 14TH MUST BE SOMEBODY IN THE MIDLANDS THAT NEEDS TARGET PRACTICE????

If needed can find ya a local b&b or similar and im sure we will all be drinking the night before, so come down , get drunk and play ball
