Just use hot water or hairdryer to melt the loctite - then a buy a long tub and cut a thread on the end that will fit into on socket that the gold screws or gauge sit in. Stick in the long tube and you have plenty of leverage to unscrew to bottle. Lol well if you can manage to get a long tube and cut the thread lucky I had tube and thread that would fit in lying around.

I would add I didn’t do it my self! I would not of been able to. My dad a design engineer and managed in the end but did say the bottle and regulator connections are an awful typical American design hence the use of loctite.

Probably is easier just to get a new bottle. Though if it is PMI bottle you are meant to be able to adjust the pressure but you have to buy a spring kit – everyone speaks about these especially PMI them selves but I don’t know anywhere where you purchase them other than US sites that don’t ship to the UK?
