If I were you, which I'm not, I'd go to my local site and just talk to other players. See if you can build a core of players, guys that just play together alot. Build some chemistry or something. Then after you have your core of players, start looking into small local tourneys.

Play as much as you can and talk to a bunch of players. You'll get a response form more than enought players I'm sure. But posting on an international message board is a we bit to broad a place to be looking ... Just my $0.02 ...
