Tourney scene in Wales?

Lookin at going to Bangor Uni (North West Wales), is there much of a Tourney scene up there, or would I have to travel back to West Mids? i mean tourneys similar to Bullys, Mids Masters etc NOT wood tourneys, wood sites, big games.

there is only 1 tourney in wales the welsh open in sept part of the uk masters series, its in marchweil (sp)

Marchbrook has supair to train on all year round but only 1 tourney a year.
