Try giving Niall or Andy a ring at Campaign, they should be able to supply you with a millenium rule book. This seems to be the European standard at the moment. Otherwise you could speak to Steve Bull and the UKPSF, who should have a copy of the millenium rules. I also believe that they might be compiling a national standard rule book. Hope that helps.

The Southwest League also has its own set of rules and has a rulebook available on-line. Might be worth a look if you're ever thinking of coming down to the Westcountry.
