Im just moving from recball to tourney and need to know people's recommendations on tourney grade markers.

Im looking for a marker that will last a long time and be fairly reliable.

At the moment im deciding between a Dye Ultralite Cocker or a vision Impulse.

Can you please tell me your opinions on these markers or any other markers that you make recommend.

Thx for your time.

Dont let anyone decide for ya mate :)

Pop along to a few small tourneys or somewhere like sparks academy and ask about, most ballers are happy to loan ya a gun for a game or two.

That way u can find out for ya self :)

As Famine says, don't just take other's opinions but try them all for yourself. Factors to take into consideration are:
Your position on the field - e.g. small & light for front, accurate & fast for back
Electro or non-electro - matter of personal taste here
Price - how much can you afford?
Weight may be a factor (says the wussy girly!)
Second hand or new - some second hand tricked out markers are a real steal!
Simplicity of maintenance - speaks for itself
What the rest of your team are using - if they all know & run Cockers, then swapping spares, tools & knowledge is easy
Upgradability - if you get something "out of the box", can you add on lots of shiney toys? (Shiney is GOOD :) ).

There are loads more little things to consider (can you get a Freak back for it, is it a gas hog etc etc etc) but these are probably the main ones.
