Tournament & Team Info Needed

Hi i've just travelled over from australia and plan on being in the U.k for at least a year and was looking for information about playing tournament paintball while i'm here.

I have been playing in the australian seven man series in pro division and got the urge to come over after playing with Nicky T from planet eclipse in the last round of 06.

I am currently in Birmingham but would be keen to travel around.

Any information would be appreciated.

Im certain there's teams in birmingham, and im sure someone will post up soon inviting you to play.

3 of the biggest places to train will be your best bet at finding a team

the 2 northern quarters. one in manchester one in dishforth (use www.multimap.com) the website is www.northernquarterpb.com

and then theres Dartford 7's down in Dartford (east london)

head down to them and ask around. im not sure what pro division is like in australia.

the national tournaments held are midland masters and PA (xball)

however the international european series, the millenium, still has 3 tournaments left to go, london, belgium and paris. if you really want to exeperiance paintball in europe then you want to get on a team playing that.

Thanks for the links mate i'll definitely check them out. I'll be heading up to Manchester next week for a little visit so i'll make a point to check out the main fields and ask around for teams .

As for how the Pro division in australia goes compaired to here i'm not sure, i know paintball is alot bigger over here and you have alot more teams at tournaments so hopefully i'll at least be competative.
If not i'm sure you guys will have no problems kicking my arse into shape while i'm here

The Leicester Wildcats are less than an hour away, we are a mixed ability bunch focusing on improving ready to rip it up in 2008.

We are in div 2 of the PA on Sunday and have the most reconisable tops out IMO

while your in the birmingham area there is always NPF they do a sup air sunday once per month

should keep you going till u can move somewhere with better facilities
