Hi, after playing Rec-ball for only a year, i've joined a (sup' air) team; White Heat (Red Heat's young gun's team), and i'm looking to buy a good marker, i've saved up £250, and i don't know where to start with upgrading my equipment.
-@ da mo, i've got a Diablo Paradox Semi, on CO2.
-Should i start by buying a £90 Air system, or should i buy an entry-level tournament marker, or should i save for a year to buy a cocker?

-i am absolutely clueless, but if i chose to buy a gun now, then it would be the Spyder imagine. -it would be my 3rd marker.

Any advice appreciated- thanks! :D

250

will get you a second hand stock wgp cocker, will run on co2 and is as upgradeable as no other gun on the market, best choice in my opinion - what i bought! and i might have one on sale soon, cos i'm buying a mates which is the same but on air, and with a rex (cheaper than getting them new), but first i need to do my gcse's!
Eric.

If I remember correctly we have enough
spare markers within the team to look
after you for now. You just save your money
til the time is right. Remember there is a wide range
of markers within the 3 Red Heat teams, so you can
try each one b4 you decide which one you buy.
See you sunday

The one from the team

a bloke PM'd me and offered to sell me a bushy 2K, with an air system for around £275 + p&p, but i heard someone say that bushy's were cr*p, and hard to maintain, is that true?

Buying before you try is like stepping of a ledge without looking at how far the drop is, it could be a very big mistake..

especially if your own team members have markers you can try out first.
