Hotels are online but doesn´t make much sense booking anything till we actually know where the tournament is ???

You are so very right - that is not at ALL rocket science.... Only the fact they are too *insert word of choice here* too put it up on their website when they do in fact have the address .

THAT my dear was the whole point of my post, why do we the customers have to chase them all the freaking time to get some info!

It all depends on who you write to, if you get the right person then the cahnces are you will get the results you require. Now Paula did say that she did not know why it was not on the web site and she would she would make sure it gets done.

I guess some of the problem is that people are human and make mistakes. But at least you have the info you need and it took all of 5 mins to find out
