I'm trying to book a hotel at toulouse for this years tourny but im having a few probs.

I've been to the millennium website and found a hotel that i can afford to stay at however i can't afford to pay for an international phone call to book it does anyone know of any hotels or websites in which you cann book rooms over the net.

Go to www.telediscount.co.uk - it gives u an access number for France that only costs 1p/min, and you don't have to sign up!

what you want is formule 1 hotels ,one at toulouse airport 29 euro per room per night and three in a room.
or logon to accor hotels reg with then and go on to about us and then into place of stay put in toulouse and it will show all hotel and you book from there

why not get the address from the tournament website and then do a search on multimap
