Right so the tables have been updated on www.millennium-series.com , does any body know how the draw is made?
For example,

it's a little bit hard to define for D1 teams, because of the 3 that shall ref at each event...
for 32 teams, you have
A : 1 16 17 32
B : 2 15 18 31
C : 3 14 19 30
D : 4 13 20 29
E : 5 12 21 28
F : 6 11 22 27
G : 7 10 23 26
H : 8 09 24 25
