To anyone who have had their Ego Reanodised.

Hi all

This is strangely enough a question to anyone who has had any reanodising work done on their Ego, well more specifically the rammer housing and body.

Obviously I won't be changing the finish (it will be 'as is'), but did you have any problems with the change in tolerances post the anodising?

Well...I had my gun done from Black to blue.
If you look at the gun from the back...the rammer housing, represents teh area of a well sucked Polo.

For the sake of tolerence issues, pissing about with potentially hazardous removal of QEV's etc..and the fact that you can get a Hybird Ram cap, done in teh same colour as teh rest of the gun, which will cover teh area (dont use teh adjustment feature, but means rammer cap can be removed without tools)...I didnt bother...you really would have to be very fussy to be worried about it.

I got my rammer housing re-anno'd off jamie and have had no problems with it.

Shouldn't start causing noticeable tolerance issues until about the third strip and re-anno, so if you only plan on having it done once you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
