could you give me some info on cllege leagues, or a league a college team could play in?, in the south east?

there are no college leagues or anything like it. this is why the UKUPA is forming to change this. PB is at many unis now and if we can get 22 uni names who have players we (UKUPA)can sort out a national league with busa (which have taken higher education (ie 6thform/college) as well)
