1. eat more pies/bacon rolls

X-loops are just right for submarine sandwiches and many popular brands of soft drink.

Communiate, as I know quite a few back players who dont communicate enough, including me, tell you team-mates where opponents are (in you field of view) and if you can tell them when you see a opponent get shot out

Buy an E blade, used one for a couple of games at the Zap indoor this weekend and it was frighteningly quick and accurate, I enjoyed myself so much I nearly p1ssed my pants !!
As before lay loads of paint, shout like f*ck and follw your front/mid men up the field when they move, dont just hang back forever.

shoot lots, talk to your front men, and stay in close to your cover....and dont be afraid to move up if you cant see/hit anything.
