lol,

It's mainly cost ATM. TBH. Looking in the region of £80-£130ish

I have a 98C, my g/f Dad is on the look out for his first marker and it's just a case of deciding on the best performance to cost deal.

Again, it is just as a starter set up....if it takes off big time or we change scenarios then we will probably end up with marker changes/upgrades anyway.

Just after the general consensus on buying first marker.

An slg will come in at the £80 if you keep your eyes open and you'll get a hopper for £20 (egg, reloader etc). I wouldn't make the mistake of buying a tippmann like I did. I only used it on two walk ons before going electro. You're better buying an electro and it will still be okay if you want to play woodsball.
If cost is dictating your choice then go with a cheap electro from the classifieds, you will lose a lot less.

you can get an SP1 for about that.

its got the mil sim looks, with electro preformance. its also pritty good for upgrades, with stocks, what ever you want to put on the rails and a place for a flash light.

also uprisingly light and water proof ;)

edit:
like what johnson said, one of my mates started with a tippy bravo, about 5-6 months later (i.e now) he has had a ION, epiphany, PMR and now has an angle.
