tippmann 98 custom troubles

ive just recently bought a tipmann 98 custom marker for 30 quid and i put hpa into it and pull the bolt back and it is going 19 to the dozen so any help please ?

sounds like the sear is gone bud possibly the bolt

could just be the pressure not enough to "re-cock" the marker but sear is likely best bet
