Looks to me like someone with an axe to grind.......... maybe an existing poster who's changed his name to post some crap?
I'll bet Planet wouldn't thank you for the support either...... not the image they are after. Happens quite often on here...... he'll probably dissappear back to his real user ID and never post again. Anyway, if you've had all sorts of problems, you'd think he'd learn......... so we have either: a liar or an idiot
Flaming a company on here stinks...... you've got a problem so you have a go..... to you it's three seconds of typing, you could put potential customers off with this crap..... that's people's livelehood you are messing with.
Myself, my team mates (from three teams now) have had nothing but great service from JUST. So if you wanted to damage JUST, you've gone about it the wrong way...... this thread is quickly filling up with positive comments about the company.
